For filling up viscous liquids or media: Discharge and drum valve made of grey cast iron (GG20). Due to the graphite in the Grey cast iron, the corrosion protection has been enhanced considerably and the discharge and drum valve thus is nearly indestructible. The side Levers are made of temper cast and therefore can handle mechanical strains and applied loads very well. The spring-loaded closing plate made of red brass (Rg5) is fitted exactly to the grey cast iron face and hence sees to a perfect sealing. The cast-on hexagonal wrench sizes (WS) facilitate the assembling and disassembling of the valves into respectively out of the threaded hole of the holding tanks, barrels, containers, etc.
